Return & Replacement Policy – BattriShop
At BattriShop, we deal in genuine and tested mobile spare parts. Please read our return and replacement policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Eligibility for Return
We accept returns only if:
The item is physically damaged (a clear unboxing video is required)
A wrong item was delivered
There is a manufacturing defect (report within 48 hours of delivery)
Important: An unboxing video is mandatory for damage or wrong item claims.

2. Return Request Time
Customers must inform us within 48 hours of delivery.
No claims will be accepted after 48 hours.

3. Replacement Policy
Only replacements are provided; no refunds will be issued.
Replacement will be processed after item inspection.
If the returned product fails quality inspection, it will be returned to the customer.

4. Items Not Eligible for Return
Used or installed products
Items broken or damaged by the customer
Products without original packaging
Display, touch, IC, or motherboard after installation
Items damaged due to improper handling

5. Mandatory Unboxing Video
To claim a damage or wrong product:
Video must be clear
Parcel must be unopened
Label must be visible
Damage must be clearly shown
Without a proper unboxing video, no claim will be accepted.

6. Shipping Charges
Return shipping costs must be paid by the customer
BattriShop will cover shipping only if the mistake is on our side

7. Warranty
No warranty on physical damage
Testing warranty only before installation
Installed products are non-returnable
