• A wrong item was delivered
• There is a manufacturing defect (report within 48 hours of delivery)

• Customers must inform us within 48 hours of delivery.
• No claims will be accepted after 48 hours.

• Only replacements are provided; no refunds will be issued.
• Replacement will be processed after item inspection.
• If the returned product fails quality inspection, it will be returned to the customer.

• Items damaged due to improper handling

To claim a damage or wrong product:

• Video must be clear
• Parcel must be unopened
• Label must be visible
• Damage must be clearly shown

Without a proper unboxing video, no claim will be accepted.

• BattriShop will cover shipping only if the mistake is on our side
